Terms & Conditions
1. Professional Services: The Consultant agrees to provide expert visa guidance and application processing. The Consultant does not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as final decisions are made solely by the respective Embassy or Consulate.
2. Payment Terms: 100% of the total service charge is payable upfront to initiate the file and documentation process.
3. NO-REFUND POLICY: The Client acknowledges that the service charge is paid in exchange for the Consultant's professional time and expertise. All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome, withdrawal, or refusal.
4. Confidentiality & Data Privacy: The Consultant is committed to protecting the Client's privacy. All personal information, financial records and identity documents provided for the purpose of visa processing will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for the authorized application process.
5. Third-Party Costs: All external costs (Embassy fees, Biometrics, Medicals, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Client and are separate from the Consultant's service charge.
